At + Aesthetics we have a 'no refund' policy on purchases of goods or services, including medical procedures (injectables and dermal treatments) if you change your mind.
Our treatments, services and packages are non-transferrable to other individuals or persons, and cannot be used for other treatments or services.
Booking fees are non-refundable, but under strict circumstances can be left on your account as a credit.
Refunds on retail products can be provided under the following conditions; the item has been purchased within the last 14 days, it is in its original packaging, and is unused.
Retail items that have been opened and/or used are under no circumstances refundable or exchangeable.
Retail items that are to be returned can either be dropped into the clinic, or returned via post, however postage costs must be at your own expense.
For returns we recommend using a tracking number, or purchasing insurance if sending via post, as we cannot be held responsible for the shipping of the return of your item.
